Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, I explored the world through a love of food. After years of working in the front of the house in some of the top restaurants in NYC, and cooking for small gatherings, I stepped into the kitchen under the tutelage of Rodney Workman and Alexa Newman of Wickson restaurant.
Learning in a professional kitchen, I honed my skills and found a way to express my love for the earth's bounty by creating nourishing, beautiful, and delicious meals. I specialize in healthy, local, and flavorful buffet service, focusing on delectable vegetable options.
